1. Booking Cancellation
Guests can cancel their booking by contacting us via call or WhatsApp. Cancellation requests must be made prior to the check-in date.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Cancellation made 48 hours before check-in: Eligible for full refund.
- Cancellation within 24–48 hours: Partial refund may be applicable.
- Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: No refund will be provided.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Advance Payments
Any advance paid to confirm the booking may be non-refundable in certain cases, depending on the booking terms shared at the time of reservation.
5. Modification of Booking
Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
6. Exceptional Cases
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions, management may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
